• Existing patients: You do not need to enter your prescription details. Based on the name you enter on the Checkout page we will look up your correct prescription and contact you if we are in doubt.

• New Patients: Please email or call our office and we will be happy to process your order. We will then ensure we have the correct prescription as verified by your Optometrist.
